• Early check-in/late check-out, heater charges at hotels, and anything not listed in inclusions
• Festive/long weekend surcharges, if applicable

Child & Extra Bed Policy

Children below 5 years may share bed with parents (complimentary on EP basis in many hotels). Extra bed/rollaway and child meal charges apply as per hotel policy.

Travel Advisory

• Carry original government photo ID for all guests. Foreign nationals require valid passport/visa; PAP/entry permissions may apply for restricted areas.
• Nathula Pass generally remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and can shut without notice due to weather/defence advisories.
• High-altitude caution: Tsomgo Lake is ~3,753 m; guests with cardiac/respiratory issues should consult a doctor. Keep warm clothing, gloves and caps year-round.
• Road travel in the hills is time-bound by local transport associations; sightseeing is point-to-point and may be reordered by the driver for traffic/weather.
• Bagdogra/NJP–Gangtok: ~5–6 hrs; Gangtok–Namchi: ~3–4 hrs; Namchi–Pelling: ~3 hrs; Pelling–Bagdogra/NJP: ~5–6 hrs (subject to road and weather conditions).
• During peak winter/monsoon, certain sights may be inaccessible. If a service is missed due to weather, safety or permits, we’ll assist with best possible alternatives as per policy.
• Hotel check-in 12:00–14:00; check-out 10:00–11:00. Heating may be chargeable directly at the property.
