Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive IXB/NJP – Transfer to Gangtok, Welcome & Evening Stroll

Meet our representative at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) for a private drive to Gangtok (approx. 4–5 hrs). Check in to your honeymoon-ready hotel with floral décor and a celebratory cake. Relax and acclimatize. Later, take a romantic walk along MG Marg, sample local cafés, and browse handicraft boutiques. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 2: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion – Alpine Romance

After breakfast, head to the shimmering Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), ringed by snow-capped peaks. Enjoy quiet lakeside time; try a yak ride or couple photoshoot (optional). Continue to the revered Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Optional upgrade to Nathula Pass (14,140 ft) for Indian nationals, subject to limited permits, weather, and supplement. Return to Gangtok for a relaxed evening. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 3: Gangtok City Sights, Ropeway Views & Candlelight Dinner

Explore Gangtok’s highlights: Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Flower Exhibition Centre, Do Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Banjhakri Falls, and the Ropeway (tickets extra). Important Notes

Travel time IXB/NJP–Gangtok: approx. 4–5 hours depending on traffic and weather.
For Tsomgo/Nathula permits, carry original government photo ID and two passport-size photographs per traveler.
Tsomgo/Nathula operations are subject to weather, road conditions, and military clearance. If closed, alternative local sightseeing will be arranged; refunds aren’t applicable for unutilized services.
Nathula Pass generally remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays; permits on other days are limited and solely at authority discretion.
Local traffic rules in Gangtok may require point-to-point local taxis for certain spots; our plan factors this in.
Hotel standard check-in/out: 14:00/11:00 (may vary). Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and charge.
